Really debated if we would save time and/or money or even like them… We LOVE these bags. We use to dust our pans w/flour…you can still do it in these bags but isn’t necessary… we actually eliminated a step! Even being a tiny pizzeria (Chicago style)… these save us tons of time in a little kitchen during a RUSH! We bought the holder… works fine for purpose and makes it easy during rolling process. We will continue to order this product!
