FAQ

ANY THING BETTER THAN A CLEAN DOUGH BOX?

No, nothing better then a clean dough box and safer dough. Unfortunately, sometimes our employees do not clean or dry dough boxes correctly. DOUGHBOX bags will increase the cleanliness of your dough boxes, help protect your PRECIOUS dough and your PRECIOUS customers. Bags are disposable, single use.

WILL MY EMPLOYEES LIKE ME MORE?

Yes, Your employees will LOVE you for these easy to use bags. Washing dough boxes is a pain. It takes time and makes a mess. Often boxes don’t fit in sinks and employees avoid the cleaning process all together. Even when they wash boxes, “wet-nesting” can be a problem when drying. DOUGH BOX bags are a liner that keeps dough from contacting boxes that might be less than completely clean.   Your dough boxes will need to be washed occasionally. Our bags will help keep them cleaner between washings.

WILL YOU SAVE MONEY?

DOUGHBOX bags are inexpensive.  At around $.11 to $.15 cents per bag, you will save money, by saving labor.  We know, we have run the calculations. We have calculated using DOUGHBOX bags will cut your cost of maintaining clean dough boxes nearly half. Not to mention, lowering the risk of a food borne illness lawsuit.

WILL THIS MAKE MY DOUGH SAFER?

If your dough boxes are not cleaned between uses, you run the risk of bacteria and mold growing in your boxes. This can be a risk to your customers and to the quality of  your dough. Our bags reduce this risk.

WILL THIS CHANGE MY DOUGH?

There will probably be no affect at all. However, you may have to adjust your water content slightly, due the fact the bags create a tighter air seal between stacked boxes.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Super simple. The bags come on a roll. The roll can be left in box or hung under a rack for easy access. Simply wrap one end over the far outside edge of the box, pull toward yourself and loop bag over outside near edge of box.  To prevent sticking, most people spray a pan-release (PAM) on the bag prior to placing dough balls in box.
